Tawnya received her B.S. in Psychology from FSU in 2003 & began working as a BCaBA in 2004 providing services to children & adults in homes, group homes, schools, community locations & intermediate care facilities. In 2015, she earned her M.A. in Exceptional Student Education with an emphasis in ABA from UWF. From 2012-2020 she established & lead a region in the FL Panhandle, followed by various leadership roles providing clinical support. In 8/2022, she established Seaside Behavior Services.
She is from Bogota Colombia where she earned Business Administration & Economics Degrees. From Cambridge University in London earned an International Marketing Degree & Proficiency in English Language. Most of her career was spent marketing for prominent newspapers in Colombia, UK & Panama City FL. In 2014 she joined an ABA therapy agency in the FL Panhandle to provide client & staff support. She supported various government social service contracts for 3 yrs before joining Seaside in Feb 2023.
Jessica acquired her Masters in ABA from FSU Panama City in 2018, and her psychology B.S. in 2015. She serves individuals ages 2-26 in home, community, clinic, and telehealth settings across the FL Panhandle. Jessica is passionate about growing within the field as well as fostering that growth for those she works with! Seeing the impact Behavior analysis and collaboration can have on families is something she loves. “There is always something new to learn.”
Brittany has been in the field of ABA since 2012. She received her B.A. in Interdisciplinary Teaching and Learning in 2016, followed by her M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2019. Brittany has been practicing as a BCBA in the Pensacola area since 2020. She has experience with clients of all ages in clinic, school, home and group home settings. Brittany is passionate about ethics, curriculum/training development, as well as best practice in supervision.
April received her Master's from Nova Southeastern University in 2016 and has been a BCBA since February 2018. She works with children and adult clients from the ages of 2 to 47 and enjoys working with all ages for varying reasons. She has experience in a multitude of locations, including homes, community settings, and schools. She thoroughly enjoys what she does and gets great pleasure from seeing the progress achieved.
Desha graduated from UWF with a bachelor’s in psychology; as a BCaBA she specializes in a wide range of clientele including children, adolescents, and adults with experience in different types of challenging behavior including wandering, elopement, biting, physical aggression, among others. She loves seeing her teaching skills being generalized to her client’s natural environments. Her main goal is for her clients to reach milestones and master goals towards independence.
Jane-Heather received her B.A. in Psychology from the University of North FL in 2019 & earned her M.A. in Exceptional Student Education with an emphasis in ABA from UWF in 2022. She has experience working with children with ASD in relation to speech language pathology and Applied Behavior Analysis as an RBT in clinical & in-home settings. She is passionate about the science of ABA, her clients, & their success. Her goal is to improve the quality of life for both the children and parents.
Rylee is currently working towards her B.S. in Communicative Disorders at Eastern New Mexico University and completing the BCaBA course sequence at the University of West Florida. She Became an RBT in 2022 where she developed a passion for ABA, working with children through adult-aged clients in diverse settings. Her greatest joy in ABA is seeing clients empowered by their therapy so that they feel supported to reach their full potential and improve their quality of life.
Casey received his A.A. in Psychology from Central New Mexico Community College in 2021 and is now pursuing a B.A. in Psychology and BCaBA certification at the University of West Florida. He became an RBT in 2021 and has experience providing ABA in home, school, and community settings to ages from early intervention through teens. He loves seeing the positive impact ABA has on the lives of his clients as they develop new skills for daily life and social success.
Elexus is a current student at Florida International University, where she is pursuing a degree in Sociology. In 2021, she became a Registered Behavior Technician, which sparked a newfound passion for Applied Behavior Analysis. Since becoming an RBT, Elexus has worked in various settings, providing ABA Therapy Services to children of all ages. One of her favorite parts of this job is teaching her clients how to communicate and interact with their peers.
Alecia is currently pursuing a B.A. in Psychology with the goal of continuing her education to become a BCBA. Alecia received her A.A. degree in Early Childhood Education in 2021. Afterwards, in 2022, she became an RBT. She has provided ABA therapy to children from toddlers to teenagers in a variety of settings, including at home, school, and community. Alecia finds extremely rewarding supporting parents and helping children to reach their full potential.
Mary received her B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies in 2013 and specialized in inclusive education, 2017-2023, at the Susan Gray School through Vanderbilt University alongside OT, PT, and SLP. Experienced as a Development Therapist in a partnership with Tennessee Early Intervention Services, Language Services, and Bridges Program for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing. She acquired her RBT certification in 2023 to assist children of all ages. Her passion is seeing children grow through ABA.
A passion for making a positive impact on individuals with special needs led Charlotte to become an RBT. She enjoys using her skills to help her clients develop essential life skills to improve their communication abilities and foster independence. Witnessing their progress and seeing them overcome challenges brings her satisfaction. She specializes in DTT, NET, FCT, chaining procedures, shaping language and communication skills among others. Her ultimate goal is to become a BCaBA.
With 9 years’ experience as RBT and a Master Training Program on ABA intervention in Autism and other Developmental Disorders; Vivian specializes in implementing specific interventions (teaching social, communication, and self-care skills, among other) to help developing skills, reduce problem behaviors, and improve the quality of life of the people she serves. It is a rewarding experience, watching people with special needs grow, progress, and become independent, reaching milestones.
