Care Team

Tawnya Toney, M.A., BCBA - Founder & President

Tawnya received her B.S. in Psychology from FSU in 2003 & began working as a BCaBA in 2004 providing services to children & adults in homes, group homes, schools, community locations & intermediate care facilities. In 2015, she earned her M.A. in Exceptional Student Education with an emphasis in ABA from UWF. From 2012-2020 she established & lead a region in the FL Panhandle, followed by various leadership roles providing clinical support. In 8/2022, she established Seaside Behavior Services.

Tahra Cessna, M.S., BCBA - Partner, Executive VP

Tahra is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 20 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis. She has led ABA programs and organizations across Florida, including founding the Treasure Coast Autism Project and serving in executive roles at national ABA providers. At Seaside, she focuses on expanding access to high-quality, compassionate ABA services for families, supporting individuals across the lifespan, and ensuring skills learned in therapy carry into everyday life. 

Ivonne T, B.B.A.(Econ), D.I.P.I.M. - Office Manager

Ivonne is from Bogota Colombia where she earned Business Administration & Economics Degrees. From Cambridge University in London earned an International Marketing Degree & Proficiency in English Language. Most of her career was spent marketing for prominent newspapers in Colombia, UK & Panama City FL. In 2014 she joined an ABA therapy agency in the FL Panhandle to provide client & staff support. She supported various government social service contracts for 3 yrs before joining Seaside in Feb 202


Behavior Analysts

Jessica V, M.S., BCBA - Navarre

 Jessica acquired her Masters in ABA from FSU Panama City in 2018, and her psychology B.S. in 2015. She serves individuals ages 2-26 in home, community, clinic, and telehealth settings across the FL Panhandle. Jessica is passionate about growing within the field as well as fostering that growth for those she works with! Seeing the impact Behavior analysis and collaboration can have on families is something she loves. “There is always something new to learn.”

Brittany P, M.S., BCBA - Pensacola

Brittany has been in the field of ABA since 2012. She received her B.A. in Interdisciplinary Teaching and Learning in 2016, followed by her M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2019. Brittany has been practicing as a BCBA in the Pensacola area since 2020. She has experience with clients of all ages in clinic, school, home and group home settings. Brittany is passionate about ethics, curriculum/training development, as well as best practice in supervision.

April L, M.S., BCBA - Panama City

April received her Master's from Nova Southeastern University in 2016 and has been a BCBA since February 2018. She works with children and adult clients from the ages of 2 to 47 and enjoys working with all ages for varying reasons. She has experience in a multitude of locations, including homes, community settings, and schools. She thoroughly enjoys what she does and gets great pleasure from seeing the progress achieved.  

Erika G, BCBA - Panama City Beach

 While pursuing a nursing career, Erika began working as an RBT and later chose to earn her master’s in ABA. She has experience supporting communication development, potty training, social skills, AAC devices, feeding, basic sign language, reducing harmful repetitive behaviors and independent living skills, manding, tacting, among others. Erika has worked with individuals ages 2–25 and is passionate about helping clients build independence and achieve meaningful progress over time. 



Registered Behavior Technicians

Jane-Heather E, RBT, Student Analyst - Pensacola

 Jane-Heather received her B.A. in Psychology from the University of North FL in 2019 & earned her M.A. in Exceptional Student Education with an emphasis in ABA from UWF in 2022. She has experience working with children with ASD in relation to speech language pathology and Applied Behavior Analysis as an RBT in clinical & in-home settings. She is passionate about the science of ABA, her clients, & their success. Her goal is to improve the quality of life for both children and parents 

Alecia F, RBT - Panama City


Alecia is currently pursuing a B.A. in Psychology with the goal of continuing her education to become a BCBA. Alecia received her A.A. degree in Early Childhood Education in 2021. Afterwards, in 2022, she became an RBT. She has provided ABA therapy to children from toddlers to teenagers in a variety of settings, including at home, school, and community. Alecia finds extremely rewarding supporting parents and helping children to reach their full potential. 

Charlotte Y, RBT - Pensacola


A passion for making a positive impact on individuals with special needs led Charlotte to become an RBT. She enjoys using her skills to help her clients develop essential life skills to improve their communication abilities and foster independence. Witnessing their progress and seeing them overcome challenges brings her satisfaction. She specializes in DTT, NET, FCT, chaining procedures, shaping language and communication skills among others. Her ultimate goal is to become a BCaBA. 

Vivian G, RBT - Panama City

With 9 years’ experience as RBT and a Master Training Program on ABA intervention in Autism and other Developmental Disorders; Vivian specializes in implementing specific interventions (teaching social, communication, and self-care skills, among other) to help developing skills, reduce problem behaviors, and improve the quality of life of the people she serves. It is a rewarding experience, watching people with special needs grow, progress, and become independent, reaching milestones. 

Donalda H, RBT - Panama City

  

Donalda started her career in the ESE department as a paraprofessional in BDS and transitioned to the ABA field in 2021, working with children aged 2-19. She specializes in Naturalistic Environmental Teaching and has supported students that required one-one-care in schools that have had learning disabilities. One of the most fulfilling aspects of her work is witnessing how ABA empowers her clients to develop crucial skills, fostering independence in daily life.

Haidyn W, RBT - Panama City

  

 While volunteering at ECAP Haidyn was able to help collect data on behaviors, practice note taking and observe how the RBTs worked with the children and how they implement programs. She is experienced in Reinforcement strategies, maintenance, and generalization of skills, prompting communication, academic and functional skills, social skills and cooperative play, working to improve target behavior by way of a token economy. She plans to continue my education towards becoming a BCBA. 

Vianca S, RBT - Panama City Beach

  

Vianca focuses on skill acquisition, including communication, social, and daily living skills, as well as behavior reduction using ABA techniques. She has experience working with children in one-on-one and group settings, implementing intervention plans, collecting data, and supporting academic and social growth. She plans to pursue a master’s degree in ABA and enjoys play-based activities like puzzles, arts and crafts, and interactive games tailored to each client’s interests.  

Dee S, RBT - Panama City

  

Dee has extensive experience working as a paraprofessional in an elementary school setting along with a local Boys & Girls Club, where she supported children and young adults in developing stronger social skills and reducing challenging behaviors. She contributed to the creation and implementation of individualized plans tailored to meet each person’s unique needs. These roles enabled her to support individuals ages 2 to 22. She finds progress the most rewarding part of her work.  

Hannah S, RBT - Panama City


Hannah’s passion for learning and understanding human behavior especially in children led her to become RBT. Her primary goal is to help them manage their behaviors by creating environments to encourage them to try new things and reach their full potential, while making a meaningful, positive impact on their families’ lives. She specializes in Natural Environment Teaching and has a strong focus on building communication skills through her preferred teaching and skill acquisition programs 

Alyssa K, RBT - Port St Lucie


 Alyssa holds an M.A. in Exceptional Student Education with ABA focus from UWF. Since 2014, she has worked with individuals of all ages across home, school, community, and clinic settings. She specializes in behavior program development, clinic scheduling, and ABA classroom setup to support effective learning environments. She aims to create an SEL support group to build resilience and social communication skills, guided by her commitment to growth and helping others reach their potential.
