Full Medicaid and many private insurance policies cover ABA Therapy for Autism Spectrum Disorder and other related disabilities. Check with your insurance provider to see if ABA is a covered service. Documentation typically required for insurance authorization include a referral or Rx for ABA therapy and a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation report.
Private Pay services for ABA Therapy are available. The balance can be paid in full each month or a payment plan can be set up to decrease the monthly financial burden.
A Private Pay Agreement will be provided prior to the initiation of services and will serve as the Good Faith Estimate, in accordance with the No Surprises Act.
Clinical and Professional ABA Consultation Services are established via a service contract and invoiced on a monthly basis.

If your insurance does not cover ABA, if you are not using insurance for ABA, or you do not have insurance, you have the right to request a Good Faith Estimate for the total cost of services. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you may dispute the bill.
