Coverage and requirements vary by provider, so we recommend contacting your insurance company to confirm benefits. Self-pay services for ABA therapy are available. The balance may be paid in full each month or through an approved payment plan to help reduce financial burden. We also support families in exploring and applying for grant funding opportunities that may help offset the cost of care.
A Private Pay Agreement will be provided prior to the initiation of services and will serve as the Good Faith Estimate, in accordance with the No Surprises Act.
Seaside Behavior Services accepts Medicaid for ABA therapy through select Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) in Florida. Coverage details, eligibility, and authorization requirements differ depending on the MCO, so families should contact their plan directly for confirmation. We are happy to guide families through the authorization and intake process.

We accept Medicaid Waiver and Vocational Rehabilitation funding. Families, Waiver Support Coordinators, and Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors are encouraged to reach out directly to discuss eligibility, referrals, and service coordination.
Clinical and professional ABA consultation services are available and tailored to the unique needs of each organization. We offer flexible engagement options, including ongoing service contracts or hourly, as-needed support, making high-quality consultation accessible to both established providers and those just getting started.
If your insurance does not cover ABA, if you are not using insurance for ABA, or you do not have insurance, you have the right to request a Good Faith Estimate for the total cost of services. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you may dispute the bill.
