At Seaside Behavior Services, our leadership team brings decades of combined experience across clinical care, operations, and community-based service delivery.
Our Founder and President, Tawnya Toney brings over 20 years of experience as a behavior analyst, with a career dedicated to expanding access to high-quality ABA services for families across Northwest Florida. She has led regional operations, provided clinical oversight to teams of practitioners, and served as a Crisis Consultant. As a certified Safety-Care® trainer, she brings additional expertise in safety and compassionate, responsive care.
As Partner and Executive Vice President, Tahra Cessna brings over 20 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, with a focus on building and scaling high-quality, ethical services. Her leadership spans founding organizations, opening a nonprofit school for children with autism, and serving in executive roles across national ABA providers. She has contributed to research, presented at national and international conferences, and remains actively involved in advancing the field through teaching, mentorship, and community leadership.
Together, we bring both clinical depth and real-world leadership experience, allowing us to support not only the individuals and families we serve, but also the professionals and systems that surround them.
